What is facial Gua Sha? 

Pronounced gwa sha, is a centuries-old facial treatment rooted in traditional Chinese Medicine. Facial Gua Sha is a massage technique that uses a flat jade or rose quartz stone over the skin in upward strokes to relieve tension in the muscles of the face, increase blood circulation, and encourage lymphatic drainage to diminish puffiness. It also helps to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, dark eye circles and sagging and dull-looking skin.

Facial Gua Sha can be used to treat a variety of skin conditions such as Acne, Rosacea, Melasma and dark circles. 

Facial Cupping

Facial upping is an alternative therapy that uses suction cups to stimulate your skin and muscles. The suction gently pulls the skin away from deeper layers of fascia which promotes increased blood circulation. This may help relieve muscle tension, promote cell repair to the area and rejuvenate the skin without leaving cup marks or bruises behind. The vacuum-like suction separates different layers of tissues, resulting in microtrauma and tearing. Microneedling Skin

Microneedling is based on the use of tiny needles to create micro-channels (tiny holes) in the skin. What happens during a MicroNeedling treatment?
