PENNY WARREN, M.Ac., L.Ac., has received Master's degrees from both Johns Hopkins University and The Traditional Acupuncture Institute. She is also a Reiki Master/Instructor, having studied and practiced energy healing for over 28 years, and incorporates this art into her acupuncture treatments . She has additional certification as an Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist, and is the creator of the Tobacufree(tm) Smoking Cessation with Acupuncture Program. A member of the Maryland Acupuncture Society,  the Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine Alliance, and the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association, she works with chronic and acute pain and illness, stress management, women's health issues, smoking cessation, infertility, allergies, digestive disorders, prevention and health maintenance, and more.  She has a  strong intuition and a gentle nature. These qualities, combined with her understanding of technique and the principles behind this ancient form of medicine, enable her to listen deeply to your concerns and to quide you on a path towards health and living life more fully.

SUSAN SAUCIER, LMT, is a graduate of the Therapeutic Massage Program at Anne Arundel Community College.  She is certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, and is licensed by the State of Maryland.  Her goal as a massage therapist is to help free people from the bondage of chronic pain, to help others reduce the stress in their lives and to be healthier overall.  Susan feel her greatest strengths as a massage therapist are not only her knowledge of anatomy, but her compassion and genuine concern for the well being of others.  Her experience as a dance instructor also gives her perspective on how the body moves, and how variouse cuncle groups work.  She is very excited about joining with Penny to bring holistic health and healing to the Crofton community.

 

MARY-CAROL CORDER, LMT graduated from The Therapeutic Massage Program at Anne Arundel Community College.  She specializes in Deep Tissue work, Myofacial Release, Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, as well as Prenatal Massage and Reflexology work.  She has been employed with Elements in Edgewater, MD, and also occasionaly performs chair massages at various health fairs.  Her goal is to help clients reduce muscle tension and increase circulation, thereby helping to calm the nervous system. This in turn, assists in relieving pain for maintaining good health.  Mary-Carol is genuinely concerned for other's health and well-being, and is looking forward to meeting you at the Crofton Acupuncture & Wellness Center and A Woman's Touch Massage Therapy in Crofton, MD.
