PENNY WARREN TODD, M.Ac., L.Ac., has received Master's degrees from both Johns Hopkins University and The Traditional Acupuncture Institute. She is also a Reiki Master/Instructor, having studied and practiced energy healing for over 28 years, and incorporates this art into her acupuncture treatments . She has additional certification as an Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist, and is the creator of the Tobacufree(tm) Smoking Cessation with Acupuncture Program. A member of the Maryland Acupuncture Society,  the Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine Alliance, and the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association, she works with chronic and acute pain and illness, stress management, women's health issues, smoking cessation, infertility, allergies, digestive disorders, prevention and health maintenance, and more.  She has a  strong intuition and gentle nature. These qualities, combined with her understanding of technique and the principles behind this ancient form of medicine, enable her to listen deeply to your concerns and to quide you on a path towards health and living life more fully.

RACHEL SARA STRASS, M.Ac., L.Ac., is a graduate of Tai Sophia Institute in Columbia, MD.  She has a Masters and License in Acupuncture and an NCCAOM National Diplomate of Acupuncture.  She is a certified NADA practitioner and is trained in Tobacufree, a smoking cessation program.  Additionally, she is a certified Zero Balancer and uses this knowledge with her other abilities in the treatment room.  While training to be a healer, she learned to cultivate a healing presence before she was handed any needles to use for the sake of others.  Her gifts include the compassion and integrity to be truly present to the needs of the people she treats.  She offers sincerity, acute perception and an excellent understanding of the nature of qi.  She uses her skill in  music, languages, and patterns to inspire those around her to move their qi.  Healings with Rachel are quite powerful and gentle.  She is honored to have found a way to be of service to her world.
